About us

The Re-Match Facility

At our facility we set the new global standard in recycling synthetic turf.

Clean sand and rubber

At the efficient, high-tech plant in Herning,  Denmark, the worn-out turf is downsized, dried, separated and cleaned – without using water. The result is four clean, secondary raw materials without creating additional waste products – and a minimum of waste.

The clean sand and rubber and grass fibre is of the highest quality, and regularly quality tested by an external institution. Clubs, municipalities, organisations and other stakeholders can foster a green and environmentally friendly reputation by working with Re-Match.

The choice is yours

The number of synthetic turf pitches is growing rapidly all over the world. At a Re-Match facility you can save the environment from emissions from incineration and contribute to the production of new raw materials – thereby achieving a net reduction of emissions from disposal equal to 398 metric tons CO2 per recycled field.

Within EMA alone more than 30 million m2 of synthetic turf (equal to 4160+ full size soccer pitches) is expected to be replaced every year. By incineration, this will release around 1.7 million tons of carbon dioxide. At Re-Match we can help you achieve a clean conscience – and at lower costs than excisting alternatives.
