Since the launch of Re-Match’s expansionary strategy, the company has been working towards creating the foundation for its expansion and in this, the role as CFO is central. Co-founder and CEO of Re-Match, Nikolaj Magne Larsen, says: “Having an experienced full-time CFO is of great importance to the company, so I am happy that we have found a strong profile in Thomas Bech Albertsen, who not only has the right competencies but also a keen understanding of the financial structures and processes needed for the journey ahead of us.”

Thomas Bech Albertsen holds a master’s degree in accounting and has experience with high growth companies, industry value chains and management of subsidiaries in different countries. Before joining Re-Match, he was CFO at Encode, whose primary business is marketing software and he has previously worked at Spinning Jewellery as well as in a number of accounting consultancies.
