Re-Match Holding postpones annual report two business days due to CFO’s illness
Company announcement 8/2022 – Herning, Denmark, 28 March 2022 – Re-Match Holding A/S (“Re-Match”) , a pioneer within sustainable recycling of artificial turf, is postponing the release of its 2021 annual report from Thursday 31 March to Monday 4 April 2022.
Re-Match was preparing for the release of its first annual report as a listed company after joining Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market on 23 December 2021. However, the company’s CFO, Thomas Bech Albertsen has been incapacitated for a number of days due to illness, which makes it necessary to postpone.
Nikolaj Magne Larsen, CEO of Re-Match explains: “It is unfortunate to have to postpone the release of our annual report – but I am happy that Thomas is now back in the office and that we will only have a delay of two business days”.
The Re-Match 2021 annual report will be released on Monday 4 April 2022.
