This is a Danish green-tech startup with a mission to make synthetic turf environmentally sustainable. They provide sport arenas and stadiums with the opportunity to dispose of their worn-out synthetic turf in a safe and environmentally sustainable way. Re-Match is currently building a new turf recycling plant in Tiel, the Netherlands. The plant will be a state-of-the-art, digitized facility that will serve as a blueprint for other new recycling plants that Re-Match plans to build in Europe and North America. The role
Your challenge is to acquire a strong market position in your region; the Netherlands and North Germany. You do this by maintaining current customer base and bringing in new customers. On the one hand you will approach installers, sports associations, artificial turf manufacturers, NGOs and municipalities for partnerships to retrieve the old artificial turf fields and on the other hand you will sell the back-end materials from the factory, such as rubber, plastic and sand. So that these can be used in a circular way again. A beautiful mission, right?
As a Sales manager, you are able to bring the circular mission of Re-Match to the attention and maintain partnerships. You ensure a continuous growth of the market share of Re-Match. Through your pragmatic approach you ensure the best results for both Re-Match and the customer. Together with the greater sales team in Europe and your sales assistant, you will engage in the sales approach and determine your path.
In this position it is possible to work from home, but a substantial amount of your time will be on the road visiting customers.

Your profile
– You have an HBO education in a commercial direction
– Sales experience in the turf industry is preferred, but not required
– You are fluent in Dutch, German and English
